SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Orders placed between our business hours (8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST) are shipped the next business day.

 

DELIVERY:
Orders will be delivered within two (2) to three (3) business days from the date of order shipment.

 

ACUVUE® PATIENT DELIVERY:
Johnson & Johnson Vision Care offers free shipping on the following annual purchases when shipped directly to the patient: 8 or more multipacks of ACUVUE® ADVANCE with HYDRACLEAR™, ACUVUE® ADVANCE™ for ASTIGMATISM, ACUVUE® OASYS™ with HYDRACLEAR™ PLUS, ACUVUE®, ACUVUE® 2, ACUVUE® 2 COLOURS™, ACUVUE® BIFOCAL, 4 or more multipacks of ACUVUE® TORIC or 12 or more multipacks of 1·DAY ACUVUE®

"Ship-to Patient" orders with less than ordering requirement listed above will be charged a shipping/handling fee of $6.00 per order.

The ACUVUE® Patient Delivery program is available only for patients personally seen by a qualified eye care professional. The usage of this program is determined by the account's attestation that their business complies with all applicable licensing/registration laws or regulations in each province they intend to sell Johnson & Johnson Vision Care products.

EXCLUSION: The ACUVUE® Patient Delivery program is not available to the Province of Quebec.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Current and past due amounts, reflected on the statement as "TOTAL AMOUNT DUE" are payable by the 15th of the month in which the statement is received.

TAXES:

Where applicable, provincial and local sales taxes will be applied.

PURCHASING BY CREDIT CARD:
If you choose, you can purchase your orders using either your VISA or MasterCard. Your account must contain your valid credit card information before credit card orders can be accepted. Once enrolled, identify that you wish to use your VISA or MasterCard when you call to place an order. Your credit card will be billed when the product is shipped. Credit cards may be used for ordering only, outstanding balances may not be transferred from your Johnson & Johnson Vision Care account to your credit card. A Credit Card Transaction Summary Report will be mailed at the end of each month. To provide credit card information, please contact our Accounts Receivable department at 1-800-465-0882.

Please Note: Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is not acting as a credit issuer. Johnson & Johnson Vision Care reserves the right to terminate the use of credit card at any time.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY:
All Johnson & Johnson Vision Care lenses are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. If, after opening a factory-sealed blister pack, the lens is found to have a material or workmanship problem, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care will replace the lens.

Except for the expressed warranty stated above, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The expressed warranty and remedy provided are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and remedies by law.

 

LIMITATIONS:
The above warranty and remedy extend only to the original purchasers from Johnson & Johnson Vision Care and Johnson & Johnson Vision Care expressly denies the right of any other party to incur or assume on behalf of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care for special, incidental or consequential damages arising from breach of warranty, breach of contract or any other legal theory; including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of profits or revenue, business injury, costs of substitute products, or claims of customers.

RETURN POLICY:
Johnson & Johnson Vision Care will accept and credit returned product provided Johnson & Johnson Vision Care receives product in its original and unopened package. The multipacks must be free of stickers, marks, or any other type of package alteration.

Credit will not be issued for any product received beyond the product expiration date or for single lens blisters. All product received that does not meet the criteria for credit will be destroyed.

In the event that a Johnson & Johnson Vision Care multipack is damaged in transit or an incorrect quantity or parameter is shipped to the customer, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care will issue an exchange for the incorrect product and facilitate replacement of the damaged product.

To return product, use the Johnson & Johnson Vision Care return form. You can obtain a copy via e-mail jjvisioncare@medca.jnj.com or contact Customer Service at 1-800-267-5098 for a faxed copy. Johnson & Johnson Vision Care will, upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, issue a credit. Credit will be given based on the original purchase price of the product.

The Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Customer Policy is designed to promote patient health through the responsible and safe distribution of its contact lenses. Johnson & Johnson Vision Care products will only be sold through qualified eye care professionals and retailers that sell only to end-users based on a valid prescription, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and dispensing of contact lenses and the Johnson & Johnson Diagnostic Lens Policy set forth below.

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care does not ship its products with labeling materials that permit them to be sold over the counter. Therefore, all qualified eye care professionals or retailers, prior to delivery or shipment of the lenses to the consumer, must comply with all federal and provincial laws and regulations regarding the sale or furnishing of contact lenses, including prescription verification laws.

The Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Diagnostic Lens Policy. Diagnostic Lenses are only intended for trial fitting of appropriate candidates, or for the occasional replacement of torn or lost lenses. Qualified eye care professionals and retailers may not (a) sell Diagnostic Lenses, (b) substitute Diagnostic Lenses for Revenue Lenses, or (c) give Diagnostic Lenses away at no charge as product promotions or as a replacement for contact lens sales.

Qualified eye care professionals and retailers may purchase only from authorized Canadian suppliers.

Qualified eye care professionals and retailers must use Johnson & Johnson Vision Care trademarks and brands in a manner consistent with Johnson & Johnson, Inc. policies.

Qualified eye care professionals and retailers shall not make false or misleading statements about Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, its business practices or any of its products.

Qualified eye care professionals and retailers must comply with all label licenses or use restrictions on which Johnson & Johnson Vision Care may condition the purchase or receipt of any products.

Qualified eye care professionals and retailers with direct accounts must keep their account balances with Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in good standing.

Johnson & Johnson Vision Care reserves the right to commission annual audits of qualified eye care professionals and retailers to assess compliance with legal obligations, diagnostic lens policy, and any territorial restrictions. Johnson & Johnson Vision Care reserves the right to terminate a qualified eye care professional and retail account that violates this policy. Termination does not release or forgive the account from the obligation to pay any sum owed to Johnson & Johnson Vision Care.
